Ingredients:
Pork Tenderloin:
1 serving Pork Tenderloin
¼ tsp. Allspice
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Rice:
1 Tbsp. chopped contemporary Cilantro
2 medium Green Onions, chopped
Juice of ½ contemporary Lemon or Lime
¼ cup Brown Rice, cooked
Preparation:
