Creamy Corn Soup

Servings:
1 Vegetable
1 Starch
1 Nutritional Supplement

Suitable for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans

Ingredients:
¼ cup Corn
½ medium Onion, minced
1 MWLC Cream of Chicken Soup Nutritional Supplement, ready
1 Tbsp chopped recent Rosemary (or 1 tsp. dried Rosemary)
Dash of White Pepper, to style
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Rosemary sprigs

Preparation:
In a small saucepan, cook dinner the onion for 3 minutes )or till mushy) in a saucepan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, stirring regularly.  Add the corn and cook dinner for a few more minutes, stirring sometimes.   Prepare the soup in response to package deal instructions. Add the sup and rosemary and convey to a boil over low to medium-low warmth. Add a sprint of white pepper to style.

Transfer the recent soup to a bowl and use an immersion stick blender to puree, or course of the soup in a blender, venting the lid.  Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.
